Haley, 50, who has been the Steelers’ offensive coordinator since 2012, is gearing up for Pittsburgh’s playoff push. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that Haley was not in the office Tuesday, but is expected to rejoin the team later this week.
The Post-Gazette report also stated that Haley suffered an injury to his hip.
Pittsburgh, off until Jan. 14 after earning a first-round playoff bye, will play the highest AFC seed from the wild-card round.
