Colin Kaepernick has some big names on his wish list to be deposed in his grievance against the NFL.
According to CBS Sports, Kaepernick’s legal team has added Papa John’s CEO John Schnatter to the deposition list this week. The group wants answers regarding any discussions Schnatter had with Cowboys owner Jerry Jones which may have led to the pizza company’s CEO to make comments about declining ratings and how it affected his business.
Jones is also reportedly on the deposition list along with Texans owner Bob McNair and Patriots owner Robert Kraft, according to Yahoo Sports.
Yahoo also reported Jane Goodell, the wife of NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, has been added to the deposition list. She made national news last fall when she was caught using a Twitter account called @forargument to defend her husband and comment on NFL player protests. The account has since been deleted.
Neither Schnatter nor Goodell has responded to these reports.
Kaepernick believes the NFL and its owners have colluded to keep him unemployed in retaliation for his decision to kneel in protest during the national anthem.
